LiftUp ("we", "our", or "us") is a personal workout tracking app. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights around that data.

We collect only the information you provide directly when using the app:

We do not collect location data, contacts, browsing history, or any data beyond what is listed above.

2. How We Store Your Data

All data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on servers in the United States. Your progress photos are stored in Supabase Storage with private access — only you can view them. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the app's features:

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the app experience.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Ever.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (workout logs, photos, profile) is permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app: go to Profile → Delete Account. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Alternatively, you may contact us at the email below and we will delete your data within 7 days.

8. Children's Privacy

LiftUp is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
